The IAHI Board of Directors is responsible for leading the Association and determining the direction it will take to fulfill its mission.
In addition to InterContinental Hotels Group senior executives, the Board is comprised of 25 owners and leaders in the hospitality industry from the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America, and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
The Board is responsible for the final endorsement of brand marketing plans, standards, rules of operations, and other important decisions that affect the system. It also has fiduciary responsibility to oversee all Systems Funds used for marketing, reservations, and Priority Club Rewards.
