Internally, we have all applauded IHG and IAHI’s PRC committee for holding firm to our loyalty program while others have diluted theirs. Clearly, the message has reached our guests. Blogs and comments like these demonstrate that our customers recognize, even in a difficult economic environment, we have held true to our commitment. Travelers are looking for value and appreciation — and that’s just what we offer.
