IAHI Labor & Employment Hotline
The hotline allows IAHI members to speak directly with a Ford & Harrison legal adviser about a particular situation before making a decision that could cost you and your hotel money. It will provide you with a new means of double-checking yourself before deciding to terminate an employee, administer FMLA leave, give an ADA accommodation, discipline an employee, or change an employee's rate of pay. Under the Ford & Harrison/IAHI hotline service, you are free to ask any labor and employment law question with the guarantee of a quick response within 24 hours.
Ford & Harrison will provide this unlimited telephone consultation service to IAHI members for an annual fee of $250 per hotel per year. In the event the request requires legal research or engagement beyond the telephone, the member will be advised and given a discounted cost estimate before any work is provided.
