• Endorsing a new bedding standard for Candlewood that earned guest raves and a First Place Award from Lodging Hospitality in the Design & Décor Category
• Reviewing and approving a BTA program refund to franchisees totaling $4 million
• Developing an HDTV standard that meets marketplace demands but allows for a manageable implementation for existing and new franchisees
