Leadership Biography: David Wespiser

Hotel Development Services, LLC

David Wespiser is managing member of Hotel Development Services, LLC of Oxford, Ohio. He has been in the hospitality industry since 1985 when he joined Days Inns of America, Inc. as a corporate auditor at their headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. After serving in various capacities with Days Inns including, audit, human resources, and franchise services, he moved to Chicago, to work as an independent franchise broker and developer. While in Chicago, he worked with various hotel chains including a regional company, which he represented in various hotel developments and acquisitions. In 1997 David moved back to his hometown of Oxford, Ohio and started a new company, Hotel Development Services, LLC to develop and own hotels.

Today, HDS owns hotels in seven states and plans to continue growing its hotel portfolio.

David is married and has three children. He holds a BS degree in Administration - Accounting from Auburn University.
